The staff was very friendly and attentive. We did have one issue in our room which required maintenance, they showed up very quickly and we were in our way. It is a very relaxing atmosphere. We had a great visit.

Hyatt Place Boston/Medford
The room where clean, but the beds are full size kind of small for the average guest. The staff was very friendly specially the one in the breakfast area, Ramona. At the time of our stay they were rebuilding, but my most concern was that they have a mice problem in the lobby.
