「Réservation faite avec Expedia 1 adulte 1 enfant de 10 ans , petits déjeuners inclus. Une erreur a été commise puisque l'enfant n'a pas été pris en compte. Ma fille a dû repayé le petit déjeuner et l'hôtel ment en disant qu'elle n'a payé que la taxe locale x 2 alors qu'elle ne s'applique pas aux mineurs. Une honte de ne pas prendre ses responsabilités !!!」

「L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.」

「This hotel is not for luxury travellers, but it's clean, the staff is excellent, and it's close to the airport. The parking lot is secured overnight by a gate (they give guests the code), and although the rooms are small, they have everything you need. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains that work better than any I've ever had before. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The hosts are lovely, the parking was great and the space charming. The room was a little cold, the bed a little hard - an extra blanket would have been nice as well as soap for the shower - but I could have asked for these things and I am sure my requests would have been happily tended to. A simple breakfast was provided and I could bring my own food to keep in the fridge and warm up if needed. There is a cozy common room to read or watch tv in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. 「This hotel is in an excellent area for visiting Carcassonne. Breakfast is plentiful and sets you up for the day. The staff are friendly and helpful. Air conditioned room is essential for the hot temperatures. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.」
