「The mountain view was exceptional our TV sound was very muffled and the heat a/c was a little finicky. But overal i can't say enough about the staff they were excellent and always there to help. Breafast was a great way to start the day and was very filling」

「Tons of lodging options in Sapa, but this is a great choice for the savvy traveler. Close to the action (the lake is just steps away) but on a quiet side street, conveniently located between the town center and the always-interesting Sapa Market. The morning breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty offerings, and the folks at the front desk went above and beyond to help with logistics, recommendations, tours, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!」

「Value hotel. Room was Ok and bed comfortable enough, but it seemed a bit grubby - area behind bedside table (moved to plug in phone charger) hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Staff weren’t very friendly. Breakfast was not available - despite what the description said. Lots of road noise (horns etc) throughout night. It’s quite a hike up the hill from the town. Great price, but you get what you pay for. 」

「I have had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, taking care of everything for me. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains.
