I ended up getting breakfast at the Starbucks.I understand when they have new people , they need to train. I had an event to attend, so I wanted to grab something and leave. My order was messed up.I received a thank you.No one tried to compensate.

Derby City Gaming & Hotel - A Churchill Downs Property
This was a nice place to stay. Very spacious, neat decor, snd secure rooms. Staff very nice and helpful. Down side were the lack of good food options. Food was not good, especially breakfast (which was not included with the cost of stay. Price for stay on a Friday was high.

We were under the impression that the breakfast was going to be complimentary , but when we checked in she said No it was not. Very Disappointing after being told something different at booking. We had booked for a king bed but again at check in she said she had already given all of those rooms away. ...
