「The room (first floor) was clean. Very small bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Tiny tv, not much bigger than an IPad. Building very old, musty smell but AC helped. Nice. continental breakfast served on weekdays with an additional hot dish on weekends. Super friendly and helpful staff. Close walking distance to street car. We did not have a car but parking did not seem to be an issue. 」

This was like staying at you eccentric, generous, Bohemian uncle’s place - cool art and artifacts EVERYWHERE, snacks and drink offerings available 24 hours/day, and well appointed, clean, and comfortable “guest” room! The night we came in, I was lucky enough to actually meet Chef “Uncle” John Cariere, the proprietor. He was very welcoming and accommodating and invited us to the complimentary breakfast. We could smell it the next morning, but were just too comfortable to get out of the...

「Had a wedding nearby and decided to make a small weekend getaway of it. Sweet Cane Inn looked appealing so I was able to book a room. Charming house and the owners are great people. Enjoyed a glass of wine and fresh baked cookies on the large front porch before we left for the wedding. One of the real treats was the home cooked breakfast served in the morning, all prepared by the innkeeper Cindy. She does an amazing job. Highly recommend this great Inn for your next getaway.」

「The character of the property was excellent although you park at the rear and enter from the rear so you don’t see the full glory of the plantation house. Lovely courtyard area. A traditionalBreakfast of fresh fruit eggs, biscuit and meat gravy. Vegetarian option just one biscuit one egg. Good quality hairdryer and iron there is also a fridge and microwave. 」

「Didn’t even end up getting into the hotel. I got to the hotel and called the manager to let me in, he immediately rejected the call and told me to text him. After sending him multiple texts with no reply and the same happening to other people waiting there too I cancelled my booking and found another place. Total scam don’t stay here」
