「Clean, quiet, good value 」

「Pool was cold. Not many options for breakfast but staff was friendly and it was comfy and clean」

「Carpet ripped and torn at the threshold. It was a handicapped room and I fear it was destroyed by wheelchairs constantly going over it. Otherwise, room was very nice, quiet and comfortable.」

No phone cord connected. The tv got 6 channels all of them 1 hour behind actual time. No new channels all old ones. So much noise sounded like a gym in the hallway, i had to yell at the people out there. ice machine on 2nd floor did not work. No bathroom exhaust fan. Tv remote had no battery cover. 「The night staff lady on the walker was not helpful or friendly she was more worried about getting outside to smoke cigarettes than help the guests very rude and unattentive but the rest of the staff made up for her horrible customer service」

「Terrible service the send my room twice and a person entry in my room by 3am, and after that can’t sleep any more, l call service desk and they say sorry we move the person to different room. That is disrespectful. That hotel is very unsafe; something else could have happened. And even with that, they double-charged me, I'm still fighting to resolve to this day.」
