「Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. 「I liked that it was a very quaint, pretty little cottage in a very good location - within walking distance of the town centre but not too close for it to be noisy. The passing traffic in the morning can be quite noisy at times but nothing terrible at all.
