"This hotel DEFINITELY lives up to its name! The interior design vibes are immaculate- props to the designer. What a view from the balcony! We were on the tenth floor in a suite and it was WELL worth the money. The staff has been attentive and very polite as well. Even though it's well out of the way from the typical Busan attractions, I'd book this hotel in a heartbeat."

"I stayed at this aparthotel for twelve days. Overall, it’s a great value. The area surrounding it is very convenient for buying groceries and beach walking. On the weekdays, I had a very relaxing stay as if in my own home. However, there were some dealbreakers for me. Pros: New construction, new appliances, great kitchen, clean washer AND dryer Double layer windows and doors (equal to quadruple pane glass) top insulation and soundproofing* Beautiful ocean view Radiant floor heating Bathroom with tub Assisted garbage sorting (otherwise it’s so complicated) Thorough housekeeping every three days Helpful and friendly staff! Cons: Check-in process (the confirmation says you’ll receive an email but that didn’t happen, and it took an hour to find the office, which was under NewCZ, not Odays, and at building 104, btw.) Disruptive PA announcements in the apartment 3x/day about containing food smells, being considerate, etc… *Noise on weekends. On weekdays, the stay here was pure bliss. But on the first weekend, some **** people moved in above me and felt the need to rerrange their modular couch every few minutes for hours. I complained about it and they upgraded me to the penthouse floor. On the 2nd weekend, some imbeciles moved in on the floor below and were screaming at 3am. Then a day later at 8am. So loud, that quadruple pane glass and airpods 3 couldn’t block the noise. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but I won’t be back if that’s the kind of guests they have. "

"호텔 협력업체직원이 회색 SUV 를 세차 하면서 문 4짝을 모두 열어놓고 있었다. 지나 가려고 했으나 눈을 마주침에도 불구하고 절대로 안비키네요? 서울에서 400km 운전후 3개의 무거운 백팩을 메고 있었고, 캐리어도 끌고있었습니다. 지나가려고 쳐다봤지만, 그 여자분은 끝까지 비켜주지 않았습니다. 결국 건물 왼쪽으로 돌아서 로비로 들어가야 했습니다. 고등학생 자녀를 둘 만한 나이였기에, 예의도, 품위도, 배려도 전혀 없는 태도에 충격을 받았네요. 호텔홍단에서는 잘못된 협력 업체를 선택한게 아닌가 생각됩니다. 호텔 투숙객이 지나가도록 양보하기는 커녕 자신의 세차에 몰두하는 나이를 거꾸로 드신 무개념에 깜놀. There was a business partner (협력 업체) that was cleaning her car at the hotel, with all 4 doors open. It was a grey SUV. She would not let me pass through to the lobby, I had 3 heavy backpacks all falling off my shoulder, and I had just driven 400km's from Seoul. I also had a carrier that I was pulling along. When I looked at her as if I wanted to pass, she still would not close her doors and let me pass. I had to walk around to the left side of the building to actually walk into the lobby. She was old enough to have a highschool student as a child, so I was shocked she had no clue, manners, class, or consideration. I think her company is a bad example of picking the wrong business partner, because she was more determined to clean her car than to let the hotel guest pass. I could not see the ocean at all. I forgot that I reserved the ocean view, I think the staff did not care that I got the correct room? The room was clean but had a wet rag (or wet dog) smell. I'm not sure if it was due to humidity or the cleaning chemicals, but it was not pleasant, and it was continuous. "

"The way how everything was set up was perfect. The bathroom was beautiful for sure. 10/10 highly recommend. I will be coming back for sure. "
