「Run down, not cleaned on floor in bathroom」

「This was a quick trip ! The scenery was beautiful. I loved that the table in the lobby had charging ports everywhere and USB ports. Very modern. We checked in a little early which was wonderful for traveling guests. The restaurant had delicious cuisine. The pool not being opened until Memorial Day sucked. Not sure what the beginning of summer has to do with the pool for a Hotel. If it's listed as an amenity, it should be available OR it should be clear it's not open until a specific date. Our...

「Rooms are absolutely disgusting. Stained couch, chair and carpet. Smelled like pee. The carpet was sticky. We had two children with us and this was absolutely the nastiest experience we have ever had and we trace a lot.」

「Location is great, not far from airport, nor from downtown and other major areas in Charlotte. Definitely recommend renting a vehicle, at least for us it was best. Lots of food options nearby, coffee shops etc. Hotel staff was very nice, room and hotel itself was very clean. We felt very comfortable and well attended. Overall nice experience! 」

「Hotel staff don’t pick up the phone which made it hard to contact them. It took a while for someone to check us in because the staff member didnt come out from the back. The rooms were the definition of musty, they need to replace the carpets, sheets, cushions, everything. There are places that weren’t cleaned well and I saw some old and decaying things (I don’t even know what). Workout equipment doesn’t work. We stayed up most of the night because people were yelling in the rooms next to us and...
