「We chose this hotel strictly because of the hot tub offering. It takes us 12 hours to get to Charlotte from north of Tampa due to many stops as a result of body pain. This is the only hotel in Charlotte that has hot tub in a large setting. The heated year-round pool was definitely a benefit to staying at the hotel. The housekeeping staff is kind, intuitive and helpful.」

「The property was beautiful and clean the staff was so nice !」

「everything is perfect and i will choose it again while i have chance get back」

「Reasonable price」

「I moved my room after check-in. Because the room I had originally was next to a hotel ventilation facility which made some low frequency noise. The hotel receptionist was very helpful to change my room.」

「I enjoyed cleaning room and peacefulness. I did not like the fact that the Expedia site stated there's a hot tub at the location but there was not.」

「The wash basin and bathtub in the bathroom were blocked. Front desk customer service was unfriendly.」

「The hotel was convenient to my activities. The room was clean. There was only one working elevator. They will be serving breakfast in the future. It was a decent stay fir the weekend.」

「nice and comfort」

「convenient area, pharmacy, restaurants, cafe are all in the neighborhoods.....nice to be here instead of downtown with protestors」

「Room was not the cleanest, mattress was lumpy and made noise when you turn over, walls were paper thin, place reeked of marijuana. Didn’t sleep well. Paint on ceiling was peeling. Coffee was good. Didn’t try the breakfast.」

「This room was walking distance to the track. I will use this hotel for every race I go and watch.」

「Front desk friendly. Room not ready 2 hours after check in time. Room we reserved not available. Staff said site had been overbooked. We were given smaller room but not compensated for change. Breakfast buffet was a pitiful joke. 2 hours before the end of service, there was no hot food and limited other choices. We had to send out to nearby restaurant for breakfast」

「可做饭，沃尔玛买了食品，炖了土豆牛排，体验一次美国生活，满意。有早餐，房价稍贵」
