We enjoyed how the property was off the main strip for its quietness. Bed was very comfortable, nice shower and room temperature was perfect. Disappointment is it didn't have a coffee pot in room. 「It was older but well maintained. Location was near to many attractions and a short drive from downtown and other attractions. Staff always had a smile and provided useful tips. Breakfast was as advertised--grab and go. For a budget conscious traveler who was mostly interested in sleeping and showering in the room, this was perfect.」

「Overall our stay was amazing. I actually took time for me which I seldom do. Special shout out to Dustin he was very accommodating to me and made sure I was very comfortable with getting me to and from the facility with a golf cart they provided if you have mobility issues or difficulty getting up and down stairs. Bed was very comfortable and jacuzzi was very well maintained and I made sure to use this amenity nightly. Pool was fresh and relaxing and salt water was an added bonus. Poolside...

「Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again.」

But the exterior is in disrepair, middle of June, pool non operational plus the atmosphere is very sterile there and you can’t even walk into the office unless it’s breakfast hours so if you want a place to pass out this is your place. If you want to anything besides sleep then maybe consider spending more and staying closer to the center of old town」
