「Please update the photos because it wasn’t as shown on the booking also bathroom was horrible and no blanket or clean towels the room was super small no dressers and lamp and on top the Neighborhood was so horrible and feel unsafe we left the next day and went to a different hotel for the rest of our trip!」

I booked what I thought was a room for 2 adults with 2 children, two queen sized beds.(The reason we booked at dreams and not secrets) Upon arrival our reservation was only for 2 adults so we were then charged double for two more kids( which at least they had the space but they still shoved us into one room with a king bed and sofa sleeper. 「Check in was difficult. Staff was not over friendly. We only needed a bed to sleep in and a shower before heading to the airport in the morning. There was no water to brush our teeth, flush the toilet or shower. It was a safe place to stay for the night though - wouldn’t stay again but it was good enough :)」
