「Muy buenas instalaciones y muy buena la comida, solo necesitan tener un servicio más rápido en el restaurante el tiempo de espera para servir la comida luego de ordenada es muy larga, pero la comida es excelente」

「Please update the photos because it wasn’t as shown on the booking also bathroom was horrible and no blanket or clean towels the room was super small no dressers and lamp and on top the Neighborhood was so horrible and feel unsafe we left the next day and went to a different hotel for the rest of our trip!」

Our rooms were immaculate the food was outstanding and the whole hotel was spotless clean and the people were so polite and treated us like family. A couple of employees stuck out to us because of how they treated us. Claudia peguero, Monica Moreno and Julio from the Preferred club. Rene the trainer at the gym and Marbelis the waitress from noor who all went above and beyond.」

「Check in was difficult. Staff was not over friendly. We only needed a bed to sleep in and a shower before heading to the airport in the morning. There was no water to brush our teeth, flush the toilet or shower. It was a safe place to stay for the night though - wouldn’t stay again but it was good enough :)」
