parking was limited but free, The property has seen better days but everything was very clean and functional, the girls at the front desk were great and made us feel welcome, we will definitely be back.

Wonderful helpful staff, could walk to everything, great firm mattress, lots of great restaurants nearby, very reasonable cost, although a little noisy it is offset by all of the above. We would definitely stay there again.

Our family stayed a night from the cruise so we could check out the night life of the town. we had a double queen bed room. it was very spacious basic setup, but it was a great price for a room. perfectly located to the beach and walking distance to shopping and night life. my only complaint was how loud the AC was, but i was just grateful it worked! staff was kind and helpful.

I liked the position, road noice could be too much for some, it will depends on the location of the room. My room was facing the main road, but it was no problem for me. The staff is also very friendly and accomodating.

It is definitely an older building and close to the noise of Main Street. Bring some earplugs, it’s also well located and the bed was comfortable. The staff was ever pleasant and helpful. It’s not fancy but you’re not paying a fancy price. Check what the amenities are do you don’t expect more than what they offer

The pictures do not match how the property looks in the pictures the pool was poorly kept we decided to not get in it and the original room we got was dirty but the customer service is good because we got switch to another room the only thing I can say it’s walking distance from the Marina and I really liked that and the staff did all they could to make my stay better

This hotel is very centrally located for a visit to Cabo San Lucas. It is easy walking distance to many fine restaurants and coffee shops, as well as the beach, for those who like to walk. The staff is very helpful and friendly. When we asked to change rooms because the one we were in, right over a very busy road was so noisy, we were accomodated. The pool is clean but not heated. Every time we asked for bottled water, we were given it promptly. I was nervous about the hotel having a copy of my passport, and when I asked for it back, Ithey explained it is law to have legal ID, so I gave them a copy of my citizenship card to copy and they returned the passport copy no problem. Recommended for those who like an urban experience while visiting Cabo!
