Pousada boutique no Valle do Uco

Passamos duas noites agradĂĄveis nessa pousada boutique localizada no Valle do Uco, a uma hora da cidade de Mendoza. Pros: a pousada Ă© nova e moderna, com um restaurante com vista para os vinhedos/montanhas, uma bela piscina e oito apartamentos/villas em estilo rĂșstico-chic. Nossa villa era muito confortĂĄvel, excelentes cama king e chuveiro, com uma varanda que abria para um lindo jardim. Em geral, atendimento bem atencioso, tanto na recepção quanto no restaurante. CafĂ© da manhĂŁ poderia ter um pouco mais de variedade, mas com Ăłtima qualidade quanto ao que foi servido ficamos satisfeitos. Boa comida no jantar mas nenhum prato excepcional, destaque para o vinho Ă­cone bem melhor que o padrĂŁo. Diversas bodegas e restaurantes em um raio de meia hora, vale a pena usar um carro alugado para explorar a regiĂŁo. Wifi (boa velocidade) e estacionamento grĂĄtis. Cons: o valor da diĂĄria (aproximadamente US$400) nĂŁo permite afirmar que oferece exatamente um bom custo-benefĂ­cio. Trata-se de uma diĂĄria cara mas talvez compatĂ­vel com a proposta de "luxo" na regiĂŁo das bodegas. Apesar do Ăłtimo atendimento, notamos que por esse valor poderiam oferecer mais alguns mimos para os clientes. Por exemplo, embora fossemos os Ășnicos hĂłspedes no perĂ­odo (e apesar do status gold), nĂŁo nos foi oferecido um upgrade para villa com vista. NĂŁo solicito upgrade pois creio que deve ser uma gentileza do hotel, em nosso caso houve uma oportunidade perdida para realmente impressionar o cliente.

NĂŁo vale o investimento

Deixou muito a desejar. Primeiro de tudo, jĂĄ na entrada tivemos a primeira pequena chateação. EstĂĄvamos em viagem de lua de mel.. foi informado quanto a isso no ato da reserva e durante o prĂłprio check-in, mesmo assim o staff, em nome do hotel, nĂŁo fez questĂŁo de fazer qualquer coisa diferente para nĂłs. NĂŁo Ă© obrigação, obviamente, porĂ©m Ă© algo de bom tom e esperado, principalmente se tratando de hotĂ©is de alto padrĂŁo (um dos mais caros da regiĂŁo). Segundo, assim que chegamos no quarto e tomamos banho, tivemos o desprazer de encontrar toalhas SUJAS (sim, sujas!) para nos secarmos. Foi informado a gerente e a mesma pediu desculpas pelo (terrĂ­vel) ocorrido. Terceiro, hotel cobra um serviço de degustação de vinhos carĂ­ssimo ao prĂłprio cliente e nem sequer abre novas garrafas de vinho durante a degustação, usa garrafas jĂĄ abertas em outras degustaçÔes. No final das contas acabou trazendo uma garrafa fechada somente apĂłs a minha reclamação. Quarto com boa estrutura, restaurante com boa comida(que vocĂȘ pode ir sem estar hospedado lĂĄ), staff simpĂĄtico e compreensivo diante das queixas, porĂ©m fica a sensação de ter sido um valor alto investido na acomodação sem ter o devido retorno de atenção por parte do hotel. Resumindo: mau custo-beneficio. Certamente hĂĄ opçÔes com melhor orçamento e que propiciam uma boa experiencia da regiĂŁo.

Excellent overall, specially the accommodations, property and quality. The staff was absolutely fantastic and went all the way to make the stay extra special, including visiting the winery on new year’s eve for example. Carlos the manager himself was after every detail so that makes a difference vs other places. Food was good, could step up a notch (breakfast and menu options for example) but was good overall.

Great unique, friendly stay

Beautiful property, and quality rooms and very good service. Loved our stay at Casa Petrini and the Uco Valley area is gorgeous. So much good wine, food, views and friendly people. Can’t wait to come back!

Hotel lindo, novo, de extremo bom gosto, aconchegante, aos pés da cordilheira dos Andes. Perto das principais vinícolas do Vale do uco. Pessoal muito atencioso, prestativo e educado. Quarto espaçoso e confortåvel. Restaurante bom. Café da manhã variado e tudo bem feito. Gostei e recomendo.

The stay was very enjoyable, relaxing, and beautiful. That being said, the place seemed quite new and still has some kinks to be worked out. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker/hot water maker in the room, as it was a bit difficult to get hot water at the room. And with a remote location, a few more dinner options on the menu would have been nice when one is spending more than one night there. However the food was very tasty. I believe the biggest problem is a seeming disconnect between Hotels.com and the resort. When we went to check out, the price we were initially charged was substantially more than we were quoted by Hotels.com online. The staff explained that was the price transmitted to them by Hotels.com. When I showed them the online price that we had agreed to and they did adjust the rate. However, this discrepancy should never happen. We are not sure if this is a problem with Hotels.com, the resort, or their working agreement - but is something that certainly should be corrected.

Hotel-vinĂ­cola incrĂ­vel! Quarto muito confortĂĄvel, com uma cama maravilhosa e uma Smart TV enorme. Banheiro muito bonito, limpo, com roupĂ”es e toalhas novas. Equipe do hotel Ă© extremamente simpĂĄtica e solĂ­cita. Todos os dias quando saĂ­amos para jantar, alguĂ©m da equipe entrava no quarto e preparava ele para quando voltĂĄssemos do jantar, arrumando a cama, deixando ĂĄgua na mesinha de cabeceira, com um doce na cama. CafĂ© da manhĂŁ compacto porĂ©m muito saboroso. Ficamos apenas 2 noites mas gostarĂ­amos de ter ficado 15! Único ponto que pode ser melhorado Ă© ter mais opçÔes no jantar do restaurante.

Spectacular views of the Andes

Our stay at Casa Petrini was great. The place is new and well-maintained. We had a private villa (“Granito”) with our own porch and a spectacular unobstructed view of the Andes. The pool area is elegant and beautiful with great views of the Andes as well. Room was spacious and with good air conditioning and shower. Dinner at the restaurant was ok but not as good as other high end restaurants we dined at in mendoza. Overall highly recommend.

Perfect!

This is such a great boutique hotel in a stunning location. Everything is super stylish and sleek, we loved our room (which is actually a lodge on its own patch with a lovely terrace). The staff were all super friendly and attentive - helped with booking us in at local vineyards etc. Food at the restaurant was delicious and it was very easy to sit on the restaurant terrace for a few hours with a bottle of wine!
