We were originally given a second floor room but they seen our luggage and offered us a first floor they were very accommodating and nice. The rooms are a little run down but im not even going to lie every time i come to this part of Cali i plan to stay at this hotel 100%

Those 2 people did not rent that room to me - after I arrived with a paid confirmed reservation. I believe they were racist as well as greedy for more money than what I paid w my membership. I witnessed them rent the room to other people. Also they were rude and nasty. They deserve a 0.

A piece of crap, Apu Nahasapeemapetilon, did not respect our reservation and apart from being rude and not helping us cancel the reservation, it is day that they have not returned the money, thieves a loss of $250 do not stay with these criminals

She charged me $20 for an early check in fee and my friends came over just to get ready for an event and charged me another $20 just to get her to calm down and not be so rude.

Worst experience ever, On the day of my check in I called them all day trying to get a hold of them to let the hotel know that I’m doing a late check in. No one was answering the phone. Kept calling just how it says on the description “if you are checking late call the building” which I did with no luck. I email them as well when I get there to check in the lady said I had no reservation that she was all book. I ask her how if I have a reservation that I paid for she just said she didn’t see anything in the system I asked for a refund and she said no and walked away. I contacted the hotel app for assistance they try calling the property and they got the same treatment the lady didn’t pick up the call. I ask the app person the I was talking for a refund and he said he didn’t know if I could get a refund because I should of called to notified that I was going to check in late, which I did. I told him I have all the calls I made throughout the day trying to get a hold of the motel. So that night after driving 6hrs from AZ I had no room, didn’t get a refund and spend 2 extra hrs trying to find for a room in different hotels.
