Fist of all i was being judge because of how i looked (gansta) this goes to every one that judges. The manager/owner told some one that i was talking to just meet the guy and he told him to not talk to me or hang out with me and he dont even know me. And the service was horrible. Most likely races tores us mexicans/gangsta looking. Regardless what color what race and if ur a gangster or not treat others the way you wanna be treated. God bless you and your family u are 4giving.!!!!

The room was clean just old. There was an attic bug in the shower in the morning. Also the shower water never got hot! It was barely warm and that was TRULY DISAPPOINTING! Our neighbors were very loud at night and got up early screaming about it being time to go. All the rooms doors face the street outside and the hallways are very old in which you can hear everything and everyone walk by. This place is crying for an upgrade, especially to the newer hotels that are on the perimeter of the property. I had to get more towels for the room and the front desk clerk asked me to meet her behind the building by the laundry room to get more towel. This place is giving Motel at a Hotel Price because of the age, outside service window, stair case, elevator and the look of the room. I am so glad that we stayed ONE NIGHT! Please do better!

Peter J. Changed his badge to Peter A. After I reported him to Corporate for illegally photocopying State ID, breaking California Regulation Code. The Manager only called to say that’s not how they do things but he still works there at the front office. Also they didn’t do anything besides offer me a snack from the side room as compensation. Last I checked, illegally taking someone’s information puts them at risk for identity theft and an Arizona Tea doesn’t solve the problem. I DO NOT advise going here. Unsafe, especially at night. Rooms are cheap, but the mutual respect is lacking as well as noise level. Be prepared that rooms and showers have black mold and walls are thin. Breakfast area has two tables and a waffle maker and stale cheerios. Unprofessional. Unclean and breaks California Regulation codes for customer privacy if ID information as well as health code. I had to keep the AC off because of it. Again, DO NOT go here. This was a terrible disappointment for the holidays. Find somewhere safer, cleaner and more professional, a place that doesn’t offer excuses for their illegal behavior.

This was my second week staying at the property, my first week went great, I chose to pay at the property and arrived at 6 pm. No issues with payment or the room. This week I arrived earlier and was told, again with the same opinion of paying at the property at check in. I was told I would be charged extra for early check in, so I decided to go have lunch and come back. Whole I was having lunch, I noticed they charged my card. I was supposed to pay when I checked in. The person at the desk did not give me a good explanation, he said the computer charges automatically at a certain time, yet that didn't happen the previous week. This time the room although still clean, had an uncomfortable noise not for of from the fridge, people outside my door talking and smoking very late. And when I tried to use the jacuzzi, I found it cold. I need a room for this week again, and this won't be it. I will say the room was clean, no carpets, bathroom looked redone, but the room I had the previous week was better. The jacuzzi was very disappointing since it would have really helped alleviate stress.

I did not stay at Hotel. Reservation was cancelled by Hotel due to not being able to charge in advance for a Reservation I agreed to not have charged until I arrived at Hotel. Staff however, was friendly

The appearance was run down and shoddy. It was a trip hazard for anyone with mobility issues as the walkways had very uneven tile and the stairs had a metal lip that stuck out and caught your foot. We did not stay there and found another hotel. I never got my money back as I had to leave with my parents as their driver and caretaker. The elevator was also broken; this hotel is NOT ADA compliant!
