At 3 o’clock in the morning after booking and paying for my reservation, I was refused to check in because of a no pet policy. This hotel did not distinguish service animals from pets and didn’t matter what I said where I was what it happened they basically said get out of here no thank you you put me in a really bad situation. I was unable to check in to a hotel that night I had to sleep in my car my service dog And have not been refunded nor has the staff tried to resolve it nor has Expedia Expedia offered me $100 inconvenience fee when this is a clear violation of American disability act by both parties.
