I wish I had remembered to take photos of the room and property. It was nice to have the free parking available. It was a little tight, but still awesome! Housekeeping is fantastic! Room was kept clean, new towels every day. Room had fridge and microwave. Room was good size, four adults we’re comfortable. Convenient walking distance to Disney park entrance. Stores nearby.

The room smelled like it had been smoked in for years, even my clothes stank of it after I left. Holes and tears in sheetrock from bad repair jobs. Ac barely worked. Worth it to spend an extra 20 to 30 to stay somewhere better. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy as well.

So I never leave bad reviews I knew going in this isn’t a 5 star but honestly waking up to roaches and realizing that the floor seemed to never be cleaned I ended up going to Vons and buying some cleaning supplies just to try to make it suitable we bought bleach spray along with microfiber towels and scrubbers it was so bad we ended our stay earlier

Went on forth of July weekend, and the guy at the service desk was very friendly. Gave us info on where the firework show would be. He also gave us the room in the front. Wish I knew the guys name, but would book again if he's still around!

Hotel was very run down and is desperately in need of an update. I’m ok with old but this was well beyond that. Staff was super helpful and kind but I was glad we were just there for a quick one night stay.

I am so disappointed regarding the false advertising on your site. All the pictures posted on your site are completely false, there is no truth to any of the pictures posted. I could not even stay for an hour, I had to wait for my ride to return from driving 30miles away to have to return to pick me up. The property is dilapidated, dirty, moldy in the restroom smells so badly that I had to get home and take a shower to try to get rid of the smell that has clung to my clothes and hair. So disappointed for the fake generated pictures. The only good way the person at the front counter who was able to reimburse me for the purchase of the room.

When we arrived the Air was literally off during a heat wave. We had to turn it on and leave the property for an hour. When we came back the room temp was barely tolerable. We had to slam ourselves against the balcony door to get it to open....never again.

The place was in bad need of repair and fairly dirty too. We didn't stay, because after getting to the room and turning on the lights, more bugs than I care to recount went scattering in all directions. The window attendant was helpful and immediately refunded our transaction.

It's an older property but very clean. As we were at a conference all weekend the room was only used for sleeping. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. This is the 4th time staying at this property. Will reserve it again the next time we are heading to Long Beach,

Great area--restaurants (walk around), Vons supermarket directly across the street, laundry close by on Alamitos Avenue. The pool adds to the beach ambience. Lots of historic/vintage architecture in the area, so very walkable.
