I had a disappointing experience at this hotel and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The room I was given was dirty, with a strong smell of smoke lingering throughout. To make matters worse, the lock on the inside door was broken, which raised serious security concerns for me. Additionally, the shower only had cold water; there was no hot water available at all. Adding to the frustration, the hotel office was consistently closed, leaving guests to check in and out through a tiny window, which made the process inconvenient and impersonal. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and poor customer service make this hotel one to avoid.

I know I got for what I paid but most of all furniture was broken, cable didn’t work, very old room including bathroom. Lighting very dimmed and vanity lamp didnt work. We found cockroaches in the room.

False Advertising - Avoid
This is the WORST place I have ever stayed at. Disgustingly dirty. Smelled of urine. Mold everywhere. Stains on the carpets, cigarette burn holes in the blankets. Just the WORST. I will be reaching out for a refund in full. Management/Service at this location was HORRIBLE. The pictures on the site are COMPLETELY inaccurate. Bait and Switch.

Needed a place to stay but cannot recommend here..
The check in was fine, the receptionist friendly - The pool was dirty with foliage floating on it - The lock on the door was broken, and the general cleanliness was bad. The floor felt sticky, the surfaces felt dirty and there were marks everywhere I looked, from the walls to the corners of the bathroom and bedroom and ceiling. The furniture in the room was shoddy and the chair was literally stained with marks and spills. I checked out at 3pm on the second day and asked for a refund was was told no.

The check in woman on Friday was pleasant. However, the room was dirty, the bedding was dirty. There were roaches on top of the fridge. The sink didn't drain, the shower curtain was dirty and didn't stay up, the toilet ran constantly. There were 2 queen beds but only 3 pillows and 2 towels. We tried to get another pillow, they didn't have any. We tried to get another towel, they didn't have any. I asked if i could have some papertowels but they didn't have any. I would have checked out, but my son needed to be to his tournament early and i couldn't find anything else with room.

There was building work being carried out on another room. I can only hope that this is because the rooms are all being renovated. I know it's a budget hotel chain, but the room I had was probably the worse I've ever stayed in. Although the bed covers were extremely dated, the bed sheets and mattress were clean. Everthing else had seen better days and looked dirty or was scuffed and marked. There was no hot water first thing in the morning. Fortunately, I was only there a couple of nights.

Stay here, if you are looking for drugs or prost.
I was very shocked when we arrived to the hotel. We just needed to stay somewhere a few hours and I felt unsafe my daughter checked the mattress and it had blood look like someone was just murdered the room stank. I felt unsafe and it is I’m sure used for drugs and prostitution. I felt very unsafe and left after a few hours because I could not rest.

First room we checked into was supposed to be a non smoking room but as soon as we stepped into the room you could clearly smell the smoke. Then we found 2 ladies underwear in the bathroom. We let the front desk know about it then they did move us to a different room. Well the 2 room was no better. Beds were not comfortable at all. My husband went to take a shower and found women’s hair all over the shower wall. After that we decided to check out after being there for only 3 hours. Hotel did not refund us our money. We have stayed at far better 2 star hotels before. This hotel really should be a 1 star rating.
