"Great location, in very safe area, and only 5 minutes from Springfield Mall, "Whole Foods" and lots of other fine stores, and the Franconia-Springfield Metro station. Gives easy access to Arlington and Washingto, DC. Internet speed is particularly high for a lodging. "

"The gentleman that checked me in on March 15th was super helpful. The room was clean but my safe would not lock . The breakfast area was fulll with people eating. The grounds was neat. "

"I was incredibly disappointed. Our key card didn’t work and after checking in. Went to the front desk multiple times for deactivations. Finally, someone told me I had to lift the latch upwards, instead downwards. Once inside of the room, the television didn’t work. Someone came and attempted to connect it. After a third try, the staff member got it work. This hotel needs a true upgrade."

"I was very disappointed that when I left a request for a wake up phone call that the receptionist failed to notify the overnight shift. I ask the clerk about the wake up call requested as a checked out and he indicated that no one left him a request for a wake up call!!"
