She sent me the first floor and then the first floor sent me to the third floor. Just kind of nonsense but not bad. All in all definitely worth the price. Although they did double charge my credit card. They charged me through Expedia and they charged me at the facility which was where I wanted to pay it. Anyways. I wanted to pay cash but they wouldn't let me. They made me use the card then they charge my Expedia card as well as my other card also there was no breakfast. There was no coffee. Nothing upon departure. I thought a cup of coffee maybe but no"

"It was a cheap room, so I wasn't expecting a lot. But when a non smoking room has a heavy cigarette smell like that, I have to speak up. That was not acceptable. Also, the shower featured pre-used bars of soap - so convenient."
