「The best place I have stayed, bar none! Room was good, pool area good. An extra, had an outdoor walled in area with plenty of seating. Greenery and hanging seats. Also sheltered from the sun/rain, areas. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was par for course. If in area, the place to go.」

「Room was clean, breakfast was fine and staff were nice. The side door to the building had a non working lock so you could exit through that door, however you couldn't enter through that door and had to always use front door. There was no sign on the door that it didn't work so guests often tried to use it and then had to walk around to the front door. The indoor pool was frigid and felt like it either had a broken heater or the heater was turned down to a point that it wasn't usable. Our kids...

「Maybe just the room I was given but upon arrival, stepping on the floor anywhere near/in the bathroom, water would seap out of the flooring. It's clearly been an issue for some time as the bottom of the bathroom door was rotted away. Otherwise, no issues.」

They were unable to fix the air conditioner problem, which means the air conditioner ran all day and they were unable to turn it off, which could have caused a fire hazard the refrigerator never did work all my food went bad. I came here to be comfortable and never was comfortable at all.」

「I’m very upset. The hotel website as well as my account looking up hotels on Expedia indicated Free Breakfast . There is no breakfast area nor any amenities to buy breakfast. Just coffee at entrance..This is 100% false advertising to get people like me to book their stay with them. This was a business trip and I have NO TIME to go sit at a restaurant off site. Expect compensation」
