"Staff is friendly, clean room and breakfast was 4 of 5. Needs waffles. Saloon was convenient for dinner and drinks. Gave us towels for the dog. "

"The property is called “Ocean View Inn at the Arch.” I booked an “ocean view” room and requested the top floor through Expedia (which offered a better price than booking directly through the hotel website). Unfortunately, the room was on the second floor and, at best, had only a partial view rather than a true ocean view. There is also a 5½- to 6-minute walk from the hotel parking area before you actually reach the sand, and tall trees and shrubs in front of the property further obstruct the view. When I asked about the top-floor request—which I had made at the time of booking—I was informed by the hotel manager that it is against hotel policy to place guests who book through third-party sites in the “good rooms.”"

"The rooms are stylishly appointed with modern furnishings and conveniences. I was glad to see a refrigerator with a small freezer, kettle, microwave, and a good assortment of teas and coffees. My room had a whirlpool tub which, unfortunately I could not get to bubble. But it was a nice soak. High quality Linens and comfortable extra seating besides the bed."

"The tarp on the roof above my room was not tied down tight and slapped against the roof. The place is very old maybe built in the 50 or 60s but the room was clean. They had very few guests and I asked for an extra pillow and was told “housekeeping had none available “. You also had to run the bathroom fan and keep the door shut during and after your shower to avoid setting the fire alarm off. No housekeeping during your stay. The view was great."

"I liked the fact that it was pet friendly, and that our cottage had its own little yard for our puppies. They also have a little breakfast place out front which has the most delicious biscuits, and brought us our favorite breakfast one morning. The cottage is compact, but still had ample space. Also, it’s conveniently located."

"The location is cool. The room I stayed in was a bit dirty and saw spider webs on the roof. The parking in front of your room is free and if you don’t get the spot free (highly likely if you come to your room after 8PM) and you park your car on the other parking spots that’s in the middle of the parking lot, they will charge you for that. During my stay, they put a ticket of $25 even after I had put the parking pass on my dash. IDK why. Breakfast was good and included with the stay."

"The view was amazing and the room was so clean. Everything worked also!! We love coming to the Adrift and especially eating at the Pickled Fish"
