Staff was pleasant and room was comfortable, but pool was out of service. The pool had been the deciding factor in choosing this hotel, so the fact that it was down was very disappointing. We would have opted to go elsewhere if a refund had been an option.

We really appreciated the front desk staff .they were all very kind and friendly. Room was clean and a good size for 3 adults. Location was great for the concert we attended.

Best Western Aladdin Inn
Hotel clean. Except going towards check out there was ice all over the floor from the ice machine. Staff member walked right past. The breakfast was very good. Though ran out quick and took a long while to get refilled. Nice pool wish it was open later. Looks like they are working on the roof too. ...
