The problem here was the shower, it was hard to use and unsafe. 「My reservation was not found. At first Sanilla (not sure of spelling) was not friendly at all. She turned it around after my husband and I killed her with kindness. Also the young girl at the pool could be kinder to the guests. Was disappointed in Expedia/Steele hill about the reservation mixup. Hope it does not happen again! 」
