"my flight landed pretty late at night and i didn’t know the shuttle had to be called in . the front desk person was incredible and got me set up shuttle driver Bill arrived quickly and was so nice. i wish i could remember the front desk woman’s name but she was so kind to me check in was quick she noticed i was traveling alone and made sure i was safe. Room was spotless and very comfortable and they accommodated me with a late check out since i arrived pretty late. i will definitely be back! noticed that i was a woman "

"This was my first time staying at ALOFT Hotel and let me say, I had a great experience! First off at the front door is a gentleman named Ryan who was a breathe of fresh air, very pleasant, professional, very attentive, and lively. Through-out the entire stay all the staff that I met where very polite and profession. The room was clean, the elevators worked which is huge, and if I needed anything they were right there.They had a bar and restaurant that I didn't get a chance to use this time but on my next visit I will be staying here again, I will. they had a gym, pool, business office, all the things you need when on vacation. Thanks again Ryan for making this an excellent experience. "
