"Our stay was excellent. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfy. We booked last minute due to being let down elsewhere and it was lovely to walk into this hotel and relax. The breakfast was very good and very welcomed. It was very quiet and we slept well."

"I wasn't satisfied with my stay at the 261 hotel. The hotel didn't smell good and the room took. The bedsheets,the pillows and the blanket were provided were not clean . There was no feeling of freshness. The staff was friendly and kind, The location was good. The value for money not good because In this price I found better accomodation."

"Clean room , but very small. Bathroom very very small. Good to have a fridge in the hot weather. TV was a bit hit and miss Sainsbury’s just over the road. 5-10 minutes walk to shephards bush market tube station. 5-10 minutes walk to Westfield shopping centre."

"Was a brilliant stay. Let us check in early which was a bonus. Was genuinley the best breakfast we have every had in a hotel stay, would stay here again just for the breakfast. Room was comfortable and perfect for the 2 of us. Good location and close to local transport. Would definately recommend"
