I really liked this hotel and will stay again. Great location, quiet but very near Tower Bridge and London Bridge. Fantastic customer service at the front desk and on the phone. Great room with lovely large desk. Well functioning air conditioning.

Rooms great - receptionist kind and helpful , manager not so great in terms of customer experience - He made me feel unwanted and was condescending - The front desk staff was excellent helpful welcoming =the manager the opposite . While I didn’t have a horrible time, it certainly wasn’t what I expected. The 15-minute walk to the rain was a chore, the rooms were somewhat outdated and it just didn’t give the vibe I was looking for. The area wasn’t my favorite.
