We went to London for my birthday and brought our dog so we needed a dog friendly hotel. They had a bed, a toy and treats ready for him, which we really appreciated ❤️ the whole team is so kind and helpful. My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with a cake for my birthday, but we weren't at the hotel when it arrived so they stored it in the hotel kitchens fridge which he talked to them about before. I wouldn't have been mad if they hadn't done that since we have no right using their fridge, but it really shows how much they care about their guests :)
The breakfast was also great since there were more than enough options and it was delicious. There's also an open kitchen so they can make you something if you ask for it. The service during breakfast was also amazing, very nice people :)
The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the room got too warm for us even on the lowest AC setting, but we get too warm very easily, so that's more of an Us issue and not worth removing a whole star for. Also, the location of the hotel definitely made up for it, since it's very quiet at night, a Sainsbury is right across the hotel, there's several bus stops very close to the hotel so you can get everywhere easily and a small park is across the street so taking our dog out for a short walk before bed was very easy. But there's also enough restaurants, coffee shops etc. in the area so you can still do something fun if you don't want to go to the city center.
