This property was accessed repeatedly by the owner which caused a huge amount of distress for the guest. Things were moved around and the tv was left on. It wasn't a cleaner as they had only arranged one for the end of the stay.
We had to move out of there ASAP as communication and response to this complaint fell flat. Trying to get a refund. Please avoid.

Property was spacious and in a very new building. Was well appointed with all the necessary utensils for cooking. My only complaint was that Expedia did not inform me initially the property manager would contact ( phone) me via WhatsApp. Took awhile to check in . Marc, the agaent, was very helpful once we connected on WhatsApp...thanks. Will book this same apartment next time we visit London.
