Holiday Inn London - Kensington High St. by IHG
Pool was heated which was really nice..the hot tub was out of order. Room clean though there was a rust brown mark on the carpet. It's a big hotel with large groups in residence so good for a work stay. Would have really liked it if there was water in the rooms or somewhere to refill my water bottle ...

Ember Locke Kensington
Room and bathroom is particularly ran down. Room was very dusty so obviously not cleaned thoroughly. Toilet didn’t flush properly. On a very busy road. Room is far too small to have a kitchenette in it.
