"Hotel was awful. The old lady in the front was horrible, super rude. Very poor customer service. They only gave me one room key and when I went to ask for another she was annoyed by it. There were cockroaches everywhere and they false advertise queen size beds when in reality they were full. It was a horrible experience, never staying there again!!!"

But the stay was horrible I was trying to go to sleep at12-1230 am and it seemed like there was a jungle gym or bowling alley on the third floor it was so bad we were like let's get out of here and never come back. We hope when we come back in a month we can find somewhere more comfortable"
