The outlets in the room only worked on the bottom row. If you plugged something in the top of the outlet, it didn't work. We didn't know how to get the different channels on the TV and we didn't see any instructions. So we had to scroll and scroll to find something other than sports. I know that costs need to be cut, but I would still like a fresh set of towels each day and the bed made. Our covers were just casually pulled up. I think a couple hundred dollars a night is worth fresh towels. The desk clerks were very rude to my friend who was in another room. He had reserved his room for 3 nights and they said his reservation was only booked him for 2. They refused to let him stay in the room another day, but he could move to another one, which was very inconvenient for him to, and completely unnecessary. He wanted to speak to the manager but he didn't respond to the calls from the desk. My friend left and got into a different hotel...giving THEM his money.

Clean. Had to wait for a while on desk staff to check in. There was no one at the desk. Then the door to the room…you had to scan the key very very very very slowly or it would not unlock.

The location was safe and covenant for exploring Hocking Hills. Parking was easy and breakfast included was decent with a couple hot options each morning. The location is in need of updates and repairs. Our room's bathroom fan was in-op with broken button, paint chipping, all ceiling light covers very dirty and out dated furniture. The beds were clean and comfortable. Front desk was accommodating to providing additional towels for our party of four when the room was only stocked for two. Three pillows per bed and no additional available. Pool open till 10pm with no hot tub available.

There is no hot tub. The pictures on Expedia need to be updated. It has been cemented in. The location is great and so are the staff but the building needs repairs. The trim in our room was falling off the wall, the rear entry door to the building near our room was out of service, the bathroom ceiling was cracked and in disrepair and the TV stand was broken so the TV wouldn't sit straight. The hotel is in a pretty high traffic area and I'm sure gets lots of guest but they need to get on the maintenance issues.

It was adequate but not as outstanding in any way. A partial roll of tp left in the bath with no additional available. As a parent of 3 girls staying for a 3-day, long weekend it was a discouraging sign. No information about TV stations in the room. The light over the sink was barely lit. It made a great nightlight but a failure for seeing anything else! Could not see to brush teeth, remove or apply makeup. When I stopped at front desk, to request a roll of tp, I mentioned to staff. I was told it would be addressed after we checked out.
