「Nice stay」

「Overall the property was ok but in need of decoration and updating. The shower pressure was pitiful and took over 40 minutes to have the showers we did but never felt really clean as didnt feel it washed off shower gel or shampoo」

「A lovely clean room and super friendly staff. Only the bathroom was looking a little dated & in need of some light refurbishing. Would stay again happily :)」

「Harrogate is a nice place to visit. And Yorkshire is well located in front of nice greening and very handy to a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is very nice with nice view. I would definitely want to come visit again 」

「If you have a room at the back very noisy and hot. The floors are very squeaky so people walking along the corridors may wake you up. Bar food stops at 5pm which is very early. Rooms only tidied when requested not cleaned or new sheets. Items were not restocked during the tidy session. Tried ringing room service called three consecutive times no answer ending up having to phone the hotel again no answer so I had to go downstairs to order the room service which is not the point of room...

「Lovely stay in a period hotel. Staff, food and our room were lovely as were the hotel grounds. Parts of the property are in need of a bit of TLC but it didn’t affect our stay in any way and we would stay there again.」

「I did not like the fact that while I did not book with free breakfast, I was still charged for my coffees in the restaurant. You would think someone staying in one of the Penthouse suites would at least get free coffee in the restaurant.」

「Second time staying here. Nice room with all the facilities you need. Bed a bit small. Getting in the property using the GOKI app they said to download didn’t work. Stuck outside for 15 mins trying to get it to work. All info requested entered but still said not checked in. In the end used the key code. All in all can’t fault it really, location right in the centre of Harrogate. I park in west park car park on tower road next to Travelodge as 24 hour parking for £9.00.」
