「这里靠近公路，比较容易找，位置在开发区内，晚上安静。因为是品牌酒店，所以提供基本的服务。很多英国小酒店是家庭式的，楼梯狭窄，没有电梯。相比较，还是这种品牌酒店更方便，尤其是你带着很重的行李时，有电梯简直是天大的好处。当然酒店房间千篇一律，不如老式楼房有情调。看你的需要。」

「The hotel location is good and walking distance from shopping center. Restaurant staff, including Hellen and Luizer are very helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. But the hotel is little bit old and not clean. I stayed 9 nights and will consider to live here again next time.」

The hotel currently appears to be undergoing some refurbishment. I found it difficult to get the water warm enough for a shower. A kettle to make some coffee in the room would have been nice.」

「This hotel is well priced offering ample breakfast, comfortable rooms and a decent leisure opportunity. Location is lovely with underused grounds. I would definitely return. No doubt it needs some money spending but also a little imagination. The bar for instance was as welcoming as a saturday night physiology lecture….. just bland, no tv, no happy hour, and no atmosphere. 」

「Reception Staff Caitlin was extremely help full. The room assigned to us was up 2 flights of stairs. This was not acceptable as we have a dog who needs have a walk at night. To ensure no mess in room. Caitlin found a ground floor room which was great. Cheryl the staff manager was very helpful when we went for breakfast. The hotel is a golf club excellent accommodation and very quite. Nearby there are some follies which I highly recommend for a visit.」

「A modern and comfortable hotel with a lovely breakfast included in the price. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Telford and is set in lovely grounds. I haven’t rated it 5*s as the check in was slow due to there only being on member of staff on at reception, the pool being cold and us not getting bottles of water in our room for the first night but getting them for the second. 」

「A little remote, but in a nice environment. Nice and cosy, and run by a old couple. The only drawback for an overall top marks is because of the shower, although it is newly installed, it is difficult to operate and the water pressure is somewhat too low to have a nice shower. The worst part is the wall inside the shower cubicle is dirty but consider the old couple are working hard to run the hotel and also the nice letters restaurants, so it is not a complaint, just would like to point it...
