"The hotel is badly in need of a complete renovation. Rooms are smelly. Floor boards are loose and noisy. Sound proofing is very poor. The roof was leaking in the corridor . We were woken at 5:45 by workmen removing linen to a van parked out back . They thumped up and down the narrow passage way. buffet breakfast was cold. They would be in trouble if a health inspector was to drop by. The bar stank of cigaret smoke."
