「The location of the hotel is perfect. If you’re looking for grand old style than this hotel is for you. The staff were so nice and helpful. Particularly those working in the Bar. They couldn’t do enough to help us. The food in the bar was absolutely delicious and the breakfast in the morning and plenty of choice. 「Overall clean, comfortable and great location. Wasn’t advised before arrival that evening meals are no longer served however you can dine at the sister hotel with a 10% discount. Also after standing in a queue at reception (for a drink from the bar) for around 10mins getting to the front and told by the receptionist that she couldn’t serve me, she was the only one working and had to see to those checking in first and asked me to come back later!!!!!!」
