「We arrived late but there is still staff helping for check in even we write told there is no staff on site」

「We stayed here as we wanted to be close to Fort William! It was amazing to be the base of Ben Nevis, the room was basic but enough, we had dinner and breakfast at the little restaurant which was good. We got discounted tickets to go on the gondola by staying. Small thing was that there was no extra pillows in room. Otherwise no issues」

「房间小。没有电梯。适合不搬大行李。」

「The owners are friendly and welcoming.」

「It is neat and tidy. Excellent」

「The property is well-maintained. The staff were very helpful. We enjoyed authentic Northern Indian cuisine. There are multiple walking paths close by. I wish we had more time to explore.」

「The room is spacious, with plenty of parking available. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.」

「We love coming to the Clunie Inn. Thank you to all of your team.」

「Stunning views but overpriced」

「The room condition is clearly old and worn off especially for the toilet. It’s clean though. The hotel needs a renovation to bring the client experience to the next higher level. 」

「The host is very friendly, his recommendation of restaurant is one of the best food we’ve had during our Scotland trip. Breakfast is also very good and nutritious, highly recommend to have breakfast here.」

「The room is clean. The staffs are friendly and very efficiency. The breakfast is great, authentic UK style breakfast. The view is super great! There is a very cute and very smart dog.」

「Breakfast was diy in the room, would have expected full cooked breakfast for the price paid for the room.」

「Very very bad experience with high room rate. First day check in the radiator was malfunction, then the manager offered a dusty and dirty portable heater. The hair dryer also occasionally out of order. The second day the room was cleaned with used towels left and room and floor was not cleaned. The third day no cleansing and also NO hot water supply. Though staff were tried to help and offered bottle of wine, but you can imagine how bad the experience during the stay. Will tell my friends not to...

「Good place to stay」

「在市中心、有自己的停車場，方便停車。」

「Bonne localisation.
