「Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. 「Property just outside of the city center (10 min walk) rooms were clean and updated. I only stayed 1 night in Sa Pa but when I come back to stay, it would definitely be this place ahain. My view from room (809) was AMAZING.」

「Everything was fine until the day before check-out. They didn't clean the room, there were no towels, no water to drink and no tissues, even though I called the reception desk the night before. Breakfast every day same, so bored」

「Honestly I was very disappointed and it’s unfortunate. My partner and I had to switch rooms twice. The first room had a moldy scent and found out the next morning there were bedbugs. I hope the property staff get the rooms professionally fumigated. I don’t know the age of the property but the washrooms were also disappointing. The upside is the complimentary breakfast buffet, with an amazing views. Locations is good not to far from sun plaza, a healthy walk.」

「We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.」
