「An enjoyable stay, use of the spa being free as a guest, 2 hour booking having the spa to ourselves was extra special, weather this be the same if hotel was busy, spa pool was quite small would have been quite full. Staff friendly and courteous. Highly recommend the Coctails, a little pricy, reduce to £9 as £13 bit steep, we would have had more.! 「I have visited the quay on a number of occasions and it just gets better. The location is superb looking over the estuary, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would truly recommend the Quay hotel to anyone and lm sure they would not be disappointed. Shaun the manager runs a tight ship which certainly makes your stay enjoyable in all all departments. Well done the Quay.」

Service at breakfast was very poor. 5 staff stood talking at reception desk at breakfast and had eaten breakfast before we ask 3 staff for coffee or tea.
