「The room was clean and had everything we needed with fridge, aircon, great shower, and comfy bed. The outdoor areas are outstanding. We stayed in the Aloe Vera room with a private patio via a spiral staircase from the bedroom. The view was beautiful day and night with shade and sun. The pool and gardens were a haven and so peaceful. The plants, flowers and design were just fabulous with a number of private seated areas. 「3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself」

「We have just spent 3 nights at hotel, loved it! Great location, 5 mins to small pebbly secluded beach where you can get drink and snack, then bueatiful walk to town another 10 mins where there are lots of places for food looking over a sandy beach. The beach is busy but still plenty of space to stop and go into warm sea. We had penthouse which had incredible views, even in bed!. Staff at hotel so helpful and friendly and very accommodating 😊」

「My daughter and I had a lovely stay here in June 2026. Although reception isn't manned 24 hours, the staff were extremely helpful and kept us updated via WhatsApp when we needed to check in or to order taxis etc. The hotel was in a good location in the old town of Altea, close to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean and well maintained and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The only thing the hotel lacked was a restaurant to serve breakfast however there are numerous bakery/cafes 2...

「What a fabulous hotel. Don’t be put off by its location in a commercial area. We stayed there for three nights to attend a wedding at the nearby Casa Sontanja. It was the perfect base. Just a short drive down the coast on our spare day. Whatever your reason for being in the area, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.」

「The lifts are incredibly slow. A tortoise could do a 100 yards dash in less time. I wanted a hotel with a bath available but along with almost everyone else it has showers only. I am a traditionalist. I want to soak luxuriously in a bath. Apart from that it was lovely and I will stay again (unless I can find a hotel as good WITH a bath)」

「Beautiful place and we really enjoyed our stay, but I would recommend making reservations for the SPA in advance. We arrived and were unable to use the SPA that afternoon and the following morning because they could not get staff. Other than that...a very nice place.」
