「A wonderful stay in the heart of Stone Town! We stayed at Emerson Spice during our trip to Zanzibar and what a fantastic place it is! The hotel is full of character, with beautiful traditional architecture and a real sense of Zanzibar’s history. It’s completely different from your typical hotel, which is exactly what makes it so special. The location is brilliant for exploring Stone Town, with everything within easy walking distance. The atmosphere is relaxed and authentic, and staying here...

「My room was spotless. I liked the old wooden style with with excellent (silent) aircon. Nice location, and greatto have the coffee shop on the ground level. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooftop breakfasts were tasty and filling.」

「Not too far from Stonetown. Good for value. Construction next door made balcony view undesirable. Overall would stay again.」

「Family owned, very friendly and welcoming. Zanzibar style decoration. Feeling like you are someone home. Good Breakfast.」

「Perhaps there are better rooms, but our room ( nadia) is very noisy throughout our stay. There are too many more quiet but equally convenient boutique hotels in Stonetown but since we had already paid so we could not change hotel. DONT TRUST THE COMMENTS ANY MORE FROM HOTELS.COM! (P.S. WE COME FROM...
