「Terrible service, noisy surroundings.** There were car horns and constant mechanical noise all night, making it impossible to sleep. Starting at 9 AM, there was loud, sharp construction noise in the building, and the cleaning staff kept slamming doors, creating even more disturbance. The accommodation conditions were very poor and we couldn’t get any rest. This was by far our worst stay ever. The hotel refused to offer any compensation or adjustment, and didn’t allow us to check out early...

「We love the location—close to the 14th Avenue subway station. Lobby is unique and hosts a good breakfast that comes with the room. Decor is ship-themed, with large “portholes” for windows. The hotel is quiet and the beds are comfortable. Curiously, the bathroom light never turns off fully. The bathroom is large and the shower is huge! It has the best stocked mini bar of any hotel at which I have stayed. On your second visit, they bring you a complimentary bottle of wine around 4:00 PM. The staff...

「We stayed for about a week. From location to everything the hotel had to offer it’s perfect for a couple. They provided free water bottles that are refillable. For a hotel room in NY, it’s pretty spacious. They even have a restaurant and rooftop bar that gives the experience a special touch. I would recommend this hotel! Super clean as well.」
