I had the jetted tub room. There was hair around the tub when i checked into my room. I wasn't sure there was hot water in my room. After running the water for several minutes and never got hot water, I called the desk 2 or 3 times and the desk never answered. I then just left the hot water running for forever and it finally got hot.

first room had no water in the shower. second room only had scalding hot water and luckily my son checked it before getting burned. I have tried to contact the hotel manager and have not gotten a response. Very poor service.

I can only say bad things because I had a reservation for 2 rooms and because my flight to the area was changed, I had to cancel ... but instead of cancelling I asked to change my stay to another night a month later. They would not allow it even though it would have cost me more for the change and them receiving more I could not change, I could not cancel, no refund. I will never stay there again although I travel to that area several times a year. They were not willing to work with me. There are other hotels in the area that will receive my business.

First morning of our stay, water was shut off just as my girlfriend put shampoo on her hair. Tried to phone front desk but phone not working. Had to use cell phone. I was told plumbers were working on lines and would be back on shortly. Not good enough as i demanded they turn it back on immediately which they did. Second morning, plumbers turned off cold water without notice resulting in steaming/scalding hot water in both the sink and shower. I can only imagine the danger of a child turning on the water.

There was no wifi available despite the hotel advertising wifi and when I asked about it I was told it had been down several days and not to expect it to be fixed during our stay. Inconvenient for when travelling internationally as I then had to purchase an eSIM card. We had absolutely no hot water in our room, a fact we learned only after swimming so my 10 year old and I had no choice but to take a freezing cold shower. I asked the front desk about this and they told me this was a known issue in “some” rooms, a fact that should have been disclosed upon check in. When I reached out to a manager via email about these issues, I had to follow up to get a response and was told there would be a “partial” refund through Expedia but my reply asking the amount and with whom I should follow up with was left unanswered and still no partial refund. This hotel does not live up the the best western standards and I will never stay there or recommend it.

Location was ok. Staff very nice. Beds comfortable. Close to highway so a bit noisy when trying to sleep. Like that there is an indoor pool and hot tub, however, it looks like they have water damage they are trying to fix and there was an area in the pool area on the ceiling with a lot of black mold on it. Also, only two bath towels were in the room for three guests and we ended up having to ask at the front desk for a roll of toilet paper since no extra rolls in our bathroom and there was not much on the roll when we checked in. Another issue was that there was supposed to be free wifi and when we tried to join, it didn’t even show up in the list of wifi to use on any of our devices, so no wifi at all.

We were 2hrs early for check in but it was going to cost $10/hr to check in early. We were going to drop off bags and head back out. I could see if the room wasn’t ready or if we were going to use something but I’ve never encountered that before. If the room was ready, why not. Then we were placed in the middle of a high school group. I was travelling with my child. They were up very late. When I called the desk, it should have been monitored but it wasn’t. The staff were friendly just two pieces that made the stay less enjoyable.

When we checked into our room, it had not been cleaned. Both bed coverings were covered in dog hair , as well as the covers underneath. The bathroom had not been cleared either. The staff moved us to another room. Unfortunately, my 10 month old grandson that was with us is allergic to pet dander. In the short time we had been in the room, it affected him. We ended up having to leave the hotel and drive home.

Staff was cheerful and helpful, Bed was poorly assembled though. Main complaint was the lack of maintenance of the hot tub. Water was murky and sides were dirty. Did not complain but it did not improve overnight. Also breakfast lacked alot of items such as juice, fresh fruit and fridge was empty. The lady working at replenishing items saw we were not drinking coffee so asked us what juice we wanted and told her boss to give her juice bottles for us. Should have mentioned my complaints when I checked out but didn't. I believe it was the owner and he should have already been aware. This hotel does not meet Best Western's standards.

I have stayed multiple times previously however this stay I am disappointed to report that the entire hotel was dirty. The hallways seem to have been neglected to be vacuumed, lots of trash and linens in the hallway for long periods of time. Mold in the pool area, chewed gum on the floor and no towels after the pool use. There was peanut butter on the coffee maker, hair in the bed linens. The shower would not work, only the tub. Hoping they were short staffed of just an off day!

I don’t recommend.
We arrived shortly after 430pm, and were greeted by desk staff who was very rude. I took the kids to the pool/hot tub where they played for about 20mins before a large piece of fecal matter was found in the pool. When hotel staff was notified, their response was “we, know, you’re the third complaint” but didn’t shut down the pool area at all. Our room had dirt and food crumps all over the floor and the toilet was never cleaned. The breakfast was very scarce and bland. Overall just not a place I would take kids to again, let alone, ever stay at again. Lots of room for improvement if they’re willing to improve things.

The room wasn't cleaned very well. There was a vape and a shaving razor under the sink on the floor . Stands of hair on the bathroom floor. The room was dusty in some spots. Housekeeping just needs to pay a little more attention while cleaning.
