Overall, the hotel was comfortable and met my basic needs. The free parking was a definite bonus, and the staff was very welcoming. The only drawback was the air conditioning unit—it was loud and positioned directly across from the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Aside from that, it was a good value for the price, and I’d consider staying there again.

We needed to be near Benioff Children’s Hospital but Oakland feels unsafe, this hotel is near enough to the hospital and the area is lovely and safe.
