「After a long day of travel and issues with a previous hotel, we arrived at the Best Western. We were immediately welcome with positivity, charm, and friendliness. Lynette showed us what true southern hospitality was. She went above and beyond offering conversation about the local area, restaurants, relaxation and made an incredibly hard day so much better. We were there for 3 nights. Would highly recommended 」

「The place itself was great, and everyone was very friendly. The rooms were clean and supplied with shampoo and conditioner which definitely helped if you did not want to drag things along. The town itself is incredibly small, so if you are looking for a place to get away, Boaz is the town. Looking at where the location of this hotel was, I was not quite sure if it would be safe at first. The other hotel in town definitely was not in a safer area either. 「I have been to more than 30 states in the United States, and this hotel is the worst. In order to save costs, since the pillows, jackets and sheets have not been changed, there are guests' hair and greasy black on the pillows, and the sheets have traces of burnt body hair and cigarette butts, the room is not soundproofed, and even a pack of coffee is not provided, we spend 83 dollars to live in such a terrible room. There's only $40 worth of service here, and it's rare for me to judge a service...
