「一次难忘的经历！很好」

「Staff excellent in particular Nadine from reception. Unfortunately we stayed during a storm that caused problems in the areas around the hotel. Power cable came down near the entrance to the hotel grounds blocking the entrance. There was a separate entry via the golf club but a tree had gone down on the main road. Nadine did a great job keeping people informed on what was happening around the area and site. We have stayed there many times and the staff are always excellent.」

「I love this hotel but there is no elevator so getting luggage up and down the steps can present a problem. Also there is no air conditioning so when we visited last summer during the heat wave, it was uncomfortable. However, the staff helped us a lot. As we visit from the US we tend to have more luggage for our travels than most visitors from the UK.」

「We had a lovely stay especially the friendly staff and the kennels was a real highlight.」
