"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and supportive. We enjoyed using the sauna and the indoor pool. It was cleaned and smelt wonderful. For breakfast, there was a wide range of options to choose from. The location is ideal close to restaurants the Sea life aquarium and Brighton Pier. As a guest it was great that we got a discount for parking. "

"Good experience, room very well ordered, clean, likewise bathroom. Could do with luggage rack. Reception staff, housekeeping and catering staff were very helpful, cheerful and professionable. Good choice at both breakfasts. "

"A lovely stay at the Charm Hotel. Very friendly receptionists who were more than happy to help with parking, bags, and any other issues. The room was big, comfy, and very clean. Could have done with two bottles of water in the room rather than one maybe, but I’m nit picking!! We would definitely come back when visiting Brighton, the location is brilliant and a short walk from all the best bits! Thank you for a great stay"
