"Very disappointing experience. The hotel was nothing like the pictures or description. It was located down a dark, narrow alley that felt unsafe. The entrance was poorly maintained, and the reception area looked more like a warehouse than a hotel. The room was dirty, with stained sheets, bad smell, and overall felt extremely uncomfortable. I was so dissatisfied that I didn’t stay the night—I left immediately and booked another hotel, which you can verify through Hotels.com. Definitely not recommended."

"Everything was absolutely great. The hotel is beautiful. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the flooring in the room was very nice. The room is spacious and has everything you need to feel completely at ease. The bathroom is large, perfectly clean, and everything works very well. The service is incredibly good. I especially want to highlight Sona, Anil, and Satish, who were always attentive, kind, and ready to help with a smile. Thanks to them, my experience was even more special.
