「 It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.」

「離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。」

「Weather was poor but room was warm. The Globe’s restaurant was great for breakfast and evening meal with friendly staff. The accommodation is well positioned in beautiful Wells with lots to see and do in the area.」

「Great place and would definitely use again as it’s very centrally located. Facilities were clean and easy to use and bed and sofa was comfy. Area is quiet aswell, parking was a 5 minute walk away round the corner and was free 6pm to 8am. 」

「Please note there is a very steep narrow staircase for anyone staying on the first floor or higher. Other than that it is a perfectly positioned place to stay. Car parking is opposite and suggest you pay for the entire time you are staying as if you book for a part day expecting it to rollover to the next, a day finishes at midnight and you don’t want to be out at midnight topping up the meter! 「We booked (2) Deluxe Apartments for two nights, and both rooms were super spacious, equipped, and clean. We had other family staying at The Wenns and their room was also nice. The communication beforehand was excellent, and they were always very helpful. The Wenns is conveniently located in the heart of Kings Lynn. Great pub, too!」
