Nice hotel not in centre but better for it

Not stayed here before and the hotel is Ivo e a bar bistro. Room was large and ok. Bathroom very small with a sloping roof above the bowl so had to stoop!! Food was excellent and staff very good. Was nice and quiet so slept well. I would stay again

I was expecting s slightly bigger room (Twin bed, rather than a single) but it was clean, tidy and even had a fridge. The window wouldn't open, but I gather that there is a rolling programme of improvements to this Listed Building and that my room "was on the list". Everything else seemed fine and the Continental Breakfast was better-than-average for a UK hotel.

Little gem of a hotel in Boston

This is a little gem of a hotel situated only a 10-15 min walk from Boston town centre. From the moment we arrived we were looked after. It was our base for the Bank Holiday weekend. The room was lovely, with great facilities including a fridge and large TV, as well as a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and was a fantastic selection for a continental style breakfast. The housekeeper was very friendly and gave us what we needed. A budget hotel with the price tag, but definitely not the service - this was amazing.

Acceptable for a short stay

Pretty basic but nice. Friendly staff and easy check in. Breakfast is a small but sufficient buffet with breakfast sandwiches made to order. Not 5* luxury but more than happy with it for a one night stay

Great reception and hosts keen to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. As there was a function in the hotel that night we were offered the opportunity to move with our friends to the Katrina Suite, a modern 2 bedroom flat, a couple of minutes away. This was perfect for us and we were able to walk to the hotel for a lovely breakfast the next morning Parking was available and easy.

What an amazing hotel, everything looks brand new and super stylish. The evening meal was excellent, good choices and reasonably priced. All staff were pleasant and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Relaxing and Comfortable stay in Boston

Nicely refurbished hotel by the quay. I stayed in very hot weather and it was refreshing to have a well good fan in the room.

Lovely find.

The bar and hotel rooms was totally spotlessly clean. Beds comfortable, shower amazing. Continental breakfast had a good selection of fresh food and tasty.
