「Room was nice but carpet was filthy leading up to room. Broken waffle iron. Sale too. to eat poor. Staff not at desk much」

「Check in was a bit of a hassle as I was informed I had two reservations in my name instead of one, and I would have to pay for both unless I cancelled one. Then was informed I had to go through Expedia and could not do it at the check in desk. Went to Expedia and got great customer service and got it cancelled. Front desk was not very helpful, telling me to use the confirmation number of the extra reservation when I did not even have it.」

「Place is old but clean. Price was lower but not updated. Will not stay there again.」

「The pool was cold and disgusting. The broken hot tub was filthy with dirt/dust, dead flies and some sort of brown colored something that we couldn't determine what it was. When the 4 of us crawled in our bed at night we all had the same sensation...damp sheets, it was really weird. The water container by the front desk had mold on the outside of it. The kids wouldn't even stay to eat their continental breakfast which entailed a waffle maker, bread for toast, dry boxed cereal and not much else....
